Sharon’s Pick

Heidi at My Sweet Cottage took a magazine rack and turned it into the most adorable doll crib for her favorite little girl, her niece. Heidi knew the magazine rack was special when she spied it at Goodwill with its Edwardian-inspired turned legs and brass casters. Pop over to see Heidi’s sweet little DIY Doll Bed for yourself.

Kathleen’s Pick

I love seeing how people decorate their homes for the Christmas holiday. I especially love how Linda over at Coastal Charm decorated hers. Her “farmhouse” holiday decor is spot on, and represents my absolute favorite style. Stop by her Farmhouse Christmas Home Tour for some lovely Christmas decorating ideas and inspiration.

Cecilia’s Pick

In my book, the only thing better than a clever repurposed project is a clever repurposed thrifty Christmas project and this week Karen at Southern Girl Meets Midwest created several. Take a close look at the photo, because Karen worked a little Christmas magic on each cozy cabin style decoration. From the eighties reindeer planter transformed into a darling wreath to an accidentally shrunken sweater recreated as a charming snowflake pillow, I was beyond impressed with her ingenuity and you will be too! Drop by My Thrifty Christmas Part 1 to see the rest of Karen’s fabulous festive decor!

The very talented Lora B totally wowed me with her creative Christmas Map Display this week. Coordinating pastel ornaments and bottle brush trees with her stunning antique map, she put together a charming (and enviable) holiday wall.

Thank you all so much for linking up!

Party Guidelines

Content: Submit up to three posts that involve vintage finds, crafts, DIYs, or other vintage experiences.   No recipes, shop link-ups, or direct advertising.

Link-back: Be sure to include the Vintage Charm button or a text link back to the party in your linked post. This is mandatory to be featured.

Visitation: Please visit other blog posts—after all, that’s what a link up is all about. When pinning, please go to the source of a photo to pin it to Pinterest, so the originator of the post gets the credit.

Hostess Love: Consider following each of your party hostesses blogs and/or one or more forms of social media. We love connecting with each of you and will highlight features on all of our social media.

Spread the Word:  Please mention Vintage Charm on your social media to help spread the word and make this party a great experience for everyone.

Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month’s featured posts to be Featured on all four hostesses blogs. At the end of the year, we will select one of the twelve monthly features as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.

Permission: By linking up to Vintage Charm you assert that the photographs are yours (or you have permission to use them), and you give your hostesses permission to feature them on social media or a blog post, with a link back to your blog. You  assert that your post content is also your own work.

Don’t forget to pin your favorites from the party!

We hope you’ll follow our Vintage Charm-Features and Favorites board on Pinterest, and check it every week. We don’t just pin features, but many other posts we love as well.  We want to build your traffic and popularity any way we can.

  1. Good morning, Sharon! What a cute doll bed! And Linda’s coastal farmhouse Christmas home really spoke to me this year as well – glad it was featured. Just one little craft from me as we start counting down….I’ll soon be starting my marathon in the kitchen…see you on the flip side of Merry Christmas! Thanks so much for co-hosting us.

  2. Thanks so much for hosting.

  3. Sharon, I just love your German stucco angel. What a find! Thanks for another beautiful party and for featuring my doll bed. Happy holidays to you my dear!

  4. Love each and every one. Did love doll bed from magazine rack, what a lucky little girl. Hope she loves it as much as we do.
Reminded me of doll beds and bed linens hubs and I made for our Grand daughters one Christmas. We had such a good time making it all, knowing they would enjoy them. Now both girls are young ladies.
So many wonderful projects and so much incredible talent. Keeps me coming back every day to see what’s happening, can’t miss a bit.
    Have great weekend
