Jill at Bella Rosa Antiques is an avid collector of LuRay Pastels dinnerware.  She was at Goodwill with her daughter on another quest when she discovered some of her prized dinnerware but almost left a few pieces behind until she remembered that Goodwill organizes by color.  She ended up finding quite a few pieces to add to her collection.  Try as I may, I haven’t found any LuRay Pastels at the thrift stores near me.  So my hat’s off to Jill for making such a fantastic vintage find of Hidden Treasures at a Thrift Shop.

Guest Feature: Victoria from Dazzle While Frazzled shares a simple yet darling Easter centerpiece idea. I’ve always been a huge Peeps fan, so this DIY is right up my alley! All you need are a few things you may already have in your stash: skewers, some plastic eggs, pipe cleaners, construction paper, and a hole punch. Oh, and Peeps, of course! And if you don’t have Peeps it’s a great excuse to go out and get some! Did I mention that it takes no time at all? Check out her DIY 10-Minute Easter Peeps Centerpiece for the lowdown on how to make one for your Easter table!

Jann at Have A Daily Cup of Mrs. Olson has been quite busy helping with an estate sale. In the process, she has unwrapped some wonderful vintage treasures, including one of my favorites, pink Crinoline. In Afternoon Tea, she sets a delightful table featuring the lovely vintage dishes with an adorable Miss Prim kitty teapot and a gorgeous vintage quilt from a previous estate sale. Absolutely, charming, Jann! When should we arrive for tea?

Party Guidelines

Content: Submit up to three posts that involve vintage finds, crafts, DIYs, or other vintage experiences.   No recipes, shop link-ups, or direct advertising.

Link-back: Be sure to include the Vintage Charm button or a text link back to the party in your linked post.

Visitation: Please visit other blog posts—after all, that’s what a link up is all about. When pinning, please go to the source of a photo to pin it to Pinterest, so the originator of the post gets the credit.

Hostess Love: Consider following each of your party hostesses blogs and/or one or more forms of social media. We love connecting with each of you and will highlight features on all of our social media.

Spread the Word:  Please mention Vintage Charm on your social media to help spread the word and make this party a great experience for everyone.

Prizes: Keep in mind that each month we will select one of the month’s featured posts to be Featured on all four hostesses blogs. At the end of the year, we will select one of the twelve monthly features as the Grand Prize Feature of the Year. Prize TBA.

Permission: By linking up to Vintage Charm you assert that the photographs are yours (or you have permission to use them), and you give your hostesses permission to feature them on social media or a blog post, with a link back to your blog. You assert that your post content is also your own work.

Don’t forget to pin your favorites from the party!

We hope you’ll follow our Vintage Charm-Features and Favorites board on Pinterest, and check it every week. We don’t just pin features, but many other posts we love as well.  We want to build your traffic and popularity any way we can.

  1. Sharon, I almost missed your post on the Jupiter Lighthouse this week, but just backtracked. We’ve been there, and enjoyed some time vacationing on Jupiter Island. There are so many different areas of the FL coast (and other US coasts, for that matter) to explore for their history and relaxing shores. Very nice. Thank you for co-hosting the fun here at Vintage Charm. I am ‘charmed’ beyond measure with updating my vintage 80s kitchen! Have a great Easter weekend.
