Chocolate cupcakes are everyone’s favorite and the kids love them. Below mentioned is a recipe for the cupcake that is moist and comes out perfect every time you make it. You could get the facts about baking by visiting the site.
Ingredients used for cupcake
- All-purpose flour- 1 and ½ cup
- Granulated sugar- 1 and ½ cup
- Cocoa powder- ¾ cups (unsweetened)
- Baking soda- 1 and ½ teaspoon
- Baking powder – ¾ teaspoon
- Salt- ¾ teaspoon
- Large eggs- 2
- Buttermilk- ¾ cup
- Warm water-3/4 cups
- Vegetable oil- ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
- Softened butter- 1 ½ cup
- Cocoa powder – ¾ cup (unsweetened)
- Powdered sugar – 3 to 4 cups
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
The oven should be preheated to 325 degrees. Line the muffin tins using the cupcake liners. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda using an electric mixer at low speed. Mix until everything is combined. Into it add buttermilk, oil, vanilla, eggs and warm water. Beat the mixture on medium speed till it gets smooth. Fill the muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake it for 20 minutes or till a toothpick that is inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
In another bowl, make the frosting. Use a hand mixer to beat the butter till it gets fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Beat till everything is combined well. Beat in one cup sugar first. Once mixed well, repeat the process. Transfer it into a piping bag. Pipe it into the cooled cupcakes.

Meet Suzette. She recently arrived at the BWH. Standing only 26 inches tall, she is smaller than the other girls.
Suzette is going to sit on the dresser and hold some of my necklaces. She works well with the new color scheme in my bedroom.
She may hold a broach or two.
Suzette may even become an angel!
